Delivery
We ship all packages from Denmark Monday-Friday.
Shipping/Postage and Transport:
Denmark.
- Free shipping to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop or business address for orders over DKK 500.
- For orders below, a postage fee of DKK 40 will be added.
Sweden.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Delivery to the nearest Schenker agent.
Norway.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Distribution in Norway is carried out by Posten Norge.
- Orders to Norway include Norwegian customs, as orders to Norway are sent through a Norwegian registered company.
Germany.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Delivery to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop or private address.
Other EU countries.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Delivery with GLS to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop or express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx) to a private address.
United Kingdom.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Delivered to a private address by express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx).
- No local customs/VAT will be applied in the United Kingdom for shipments under £135 in value, excluding VAT and postage.
Switzerland.
- All orders are subject to a postage fee of DKK 100.
- Delivery to a private address by express courier company (TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx).
- Please note that local charges for customs clearance may apply.
North Atlantic (Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland).
- A postage fee of DKK 250 applies to all orders.
- Orders are sent with Postnord, Priority (air freight).
- Please note that local charges for customs clearance may apply.
Returns and exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order — so you have peace of mind to ensure the jewellery fits you.
In case of exchange, the new item will be sent free of charge regardless of order size.
Order the item you wish to exchange for and write in the note that it is an exchange.
Also include the order number of the original order you wish to exchange.
If postage is added to the order, it will be manually refunded when we send the new item.
The return of the original order can be arranged through our return portal: https://return.shipmondo.com/marea
The amount for the returned item will be refunded immediately upon receipt and processing of the return.
The return of the original item is at your expense.
Important
- The jewellery must be unused and in its original packaging
- You pay for return shipping yourself (typically DKK 40)
- For exchanges: simply order the new jewellery as a new order, and we will refund the first one
Complaints
You have a 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If your jewellery has a defect or breaks due to a manufacturing error, contact us as soon as possible — we will exchange or refund.
Damage from wear and tear, chlorine, perfume, chemicals, or improper storage is not covered by the right to complain.
